Currently, 320 school buses equipped with GLONASS/GPS AVL-terminals are connected to the fleet management system (FMS) provided by SpaceTeam® ensuring increased safety and traveler convenience of schoolchildren. 28 dispatching workstations are deployed in regional educational administrations and schools.
Active operation of the system in this important Russian region makes it possible to solve a number of tasks in the field of automation of school transport management such as:
• on-line monitoring of schoolchildren transportation rules compliance;
• school buses schedules and routу tasks development and tracking;
• emergency and voice communication with the driver.
